Kaushal is a SharePoint technical consultant, developer and trainer with over 10 years of experience. Beginning in the late 1990's as a teacher,  he continued to study and went on to become a software engineer.  He started working as a developer writing applications in C++, Visual Basic and SQL followed by learning web development and SharePoint. Kaushal has worked for small businesses as well as large companies such as Telecom New Zealand, Dimension Data and Fonterra.

For fun Kaushal enjoys playing tennis, cooking and gaming with family and friends. He also likes playing competitive table tennis, if you want to challenge him to a game let us know.   Kaushal enjoys meeting new people and building relationships which is why we choose him as our guru.

Kaushal is happily married to Sonali who has put up with him for 10 years now (quoting Kaushal :) ) and they have two lovely daughters, Tiana and Nysha.
